North Korean Missiles

On March 8, 2020 North Korea was spotted testing firing three large "unidentified projectiles"  into the ocean off of their Eastern coast. The North Korean's classified the launches as a "large-scale military dril." These actions can mostly be seen as just a military drill, but Japan's Defense ministry named the projectiles missiles and claimed that they were aimed towards Japan's islands falling just short of their coast.
North Korea states that it has every right to conduct military testing as they face a threat from the United Staes and the South Koreans. The United Nations released no comments on the matter. Historically, the United States has allowed for north Koreans to freely test short-range missiles, but condemned the launch of anything larger than that.
Truly though, the United States condemns anything that the North Korean Government does. North Korea is demonized heavily by the United States, so anything that they say or do will be met with criticism. This is the same on the flip side. The North Korean Government creates massive amounts of propaganda that demonizes the United States.
